INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Download and install “Bebas” font from design resources folder
2. Download this image:

3. Open image with Photoshop.
4. Create text layer “CHAIRMAN” with “Bebas” font at 100pt.
5. Right click text layer, “Duplicate” two times, drag  them so they are aligned like the reference image.
6. On the top text layer, adjust the “fill opacity” and add drop shadow. Adjust the opacity and drop shadow settings to your liking.
7. On the second text layer, add a “gradient overlay”, choose and adjust the colors and settings to your liking.
8. Download a light texture image here:
   https://www.pexels.com/search/TEXTURE/
9. Drop the texture image into the Photoshop file directly above the third text layer.
10. Right click the texture image layer and “Create clipping mask”. 
11. Save As:
    “YOURNAMEdesign3”
    format: JPEG
    Email your file to designsupport@burningspearmedia.com by Friday, August 24th.
